astro: hahaaa.. In taiwan, the new generation of youngsters are known as the "Strawberry" Gang. Meaning; they don't take harsh working condition and value their personal time and space more than work. It's a trend and sometime talking to these group of people (like I have 3 poly interns now), you can "vomit" blood. But the question is, they are the ones who are likely to work under you, so you better find a way to manage them. And please don't stick to your old methods and hope it will work/or the new generation to change themselves to suit you.hahhaa... this is from my experience la! Speaking of which, I was ordering Breakfast at Mcdonald when a lower secondary sch girl just picked up my notes on the cashier and started asking blankly where is her money? I was like ..XXooo???xxx
